Privacy Policy

Your photos and documents are personal. This is how we handle them.

• Cropping, resizing, rotating, adjustments, document cleanup, PDF creation and printing happen entirely in your browser on this computer.
• AI features (background change, AI enhance, clothing) send the photo over HTTPS to an external AI service — only after you agree in a confirmation box.
• We do not save uploaded photos or documents. Nothing is placed at a public link, and there are no galleries or sharing.
• Photos are not used to train AI and their contents are not written to logs.
• Tools require an active, verified account. Your profile and administrative access history are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and available only to you and the authorized owner. Passwords are handled securely by the authentication service.
• Closing or refreshing the page removes working photos and documents from the browser. Downloaded files remain on your computer. Profile photo URLs are optional and are separate from customer files.

Cafe staff: use “Start New Photo” / “Start Again” after each customer, and clear the Downloads folder regularly.
